1.What’s the biggest size I can order?
Any size that you need. For large size artworks, we recommend unstretched canvas or DIY stretcher bars.
2.How can I make the payment?
30% - 50% of the total value to be paid before producing. We accept T/T, L/C, PayPal.
3.Can I get a sample, and how long it will take for the delivery?
Yes. We can make a sample in 5-7 days and you can receive the sample in 10 days.
4.Can I use my own pictures for printing?
Yes. Please send us your high resloutions photos via Dropbox, Google Drive, Wetranfers and etc. We will check if your images are good before making them into prints.
5.Can you do dropshipping?
Yes. we do, and we will use the fastest express to deliver your package.
6.How can I get a sample to check your quality?
After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality. If you just need a sample to check the design and quality, we will provide you sample for free, as long as you afford the express freight.
7.What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, DDP, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
